First things first. In order to produce the required results, we need to ensure we understand the client brief in as much detail as possible. We will start out by discussing your specific role requirements with you ensuring we know exactly what you want. To make sure that we have a good idea of exactly what are looking we will, with your assistance, put together a detailed candidate brief. Once you are happy with what has been put together, we will conduct the search.

Next, we will get out into the market speaking to candidates who fit the bill, whether that be with candidates from our extensive database or someone specifically targeted. We will only ever put forward a maximum of three of four high quality candidates that have been carefully selected for interview. We believe that the calibre of candidates will shine through and you will find what you are looking for.

Retained Service/Executive SearchJust Building Services are able to act as a fully outsourced recruitment arm of your organisation and conduct a recruitment process on your behalf. The recruitment process is tailored to meet your organisations specific needs, through detailed consultation and constant communication with you at every stage of the project. We will dedicate a bespoke team to conduct a thorough search and selection exercise ensuring that we reach the top notch industry talent and find that perfect candidate. A retained assignment with consist of a 3 tiered payment process where the client generally pays one-third of the fee at commencement of the assignment; one-third upon delivery of a short list; and the balance upon placement of the candidate. In this way, you, as the client, are paying for a “service” in recognition of the time and materials that are expended in conducting the assignment.

Contingency Service –  Just Building Services offer a contingency based recruitment service whereby we are only paid for the successful placement of a candidate. We provide a detailed search of our database and other resources available to find the right candidate for a vacancy. Candidates are not submitted until we make sure that they closely match the vacancy brief.
